ULTIMATE UDON "GINZA SATO YOSUKE"〈稲庭干饂飩うどん佐藤養助〉

My lovely friends took me to the best udon place in Ginza, which the name of this place is a guy's name. But apparently Ginza Sato Yosuke serves super delicious Inaniwa style Udon to satisfy our craving for smoothest running through our throats.

Look how they are folding these! Shiny and pretty! Mine came with 2 types of soup to dip in. Soy based soup and sesame based soup.

日本帰ってきたからって日本食！銀座の稲庭うどん「佐藤養助」へ。名前のお店なんて、、なんて自信満々なんだって思ったけど、つやっつやのおうどんはここで食べられました。 普通のうどんよりは麺は細め。コシもちょうどいいくらいあって、今回頼んだのはめんつゆとゴマつゆの２タイプあるもの。比内地鶏もあるらしく炙りもおいしかったぁ〜♡
