DUNGE-NESS CRAB & IT'S YUMMI-NESS〈ダンジネスクラブって美味しいんだね♡〉

サンフランシスコに美味しいダンジネスクラブが食べられるってゆーので相方の清水くんと食べに行きました！

ゆーても、日本の蟹には負けるでしょ？とか、旨味は無くてたぶん身だけ立派なバサバサな感じでしょ？とか、わけわからない偏見をもっていたので期待してなかったのですが。。。

(My husband told me about this great Dungeness crab place in San fran so we went there for Sunday lunch. Somehow I didn't expected anything great for some reason because I loved the crabs in Japan, but...)

CRUSTACEANのダンジネスクラブはめっちゃめちゃ美味しい！「う・・・うまぁ〜〜〜！！！」って感じでした！身がしっかりしてるし、旨味もあるし、もちろん日本の蟹とは違うけど、なんだろぉーあと味付けがすっごいよかった！たぶん、バターとガーリックと粗挽き胡椒が混ざってる調味料だと思うんだけど、粗挽き胡椒が本当にいいアクセントになってすっごいよかった！１杯を２人で分けるくらいがちょうど良い♡一緒のついてくるガーリックバターヌードルはめっちゃ美味しいけど、後が怖い(笑)

(The Dungeness in CRUSTACEAN was superrrr awesomeeee!!!! So Good! Great texture, rich taste, or course it's not like the crabs we have back in Japan, but they did an amazing job on seasoning these babies! I think it was garlic, butter and minced black pepper and this pepper was the best matched seasoning of the day! 1 crab for 2 person was enough and this garlic noodle was great but scary in calories lol)

あとここでのもう１品はGRILLED CALAMARI。フライはよく食べるけどグリルってなんじゃい！って頼んでみたらナンプラーかなんかかなぁ？独特な風味と備えのオレンジとすっごくあっててうまぁ♡ソースのレシピほしいょー！

サンフランシスコのは夜は予約も取れないくらい混むらしいけど、日曜日のお昼はガラッガラでした(笑)　行くなら昼やねっ。全部美味しくって２人でいいとこきたねー♪って感じでした！

(Another thing we ordered was the grilled calamari. I knew about fried calamari but this grilled one was awesome. I don't know how they did it but the sauce and orange was a best match. I heard it's hard to get reservation for dinner but Sunday lunch was super vacant. lol So, Sunday lunch is recommended. We were just happy today for the great discovery of the Dungees♡)
