MY NEXT INSPIRATIONAL DESIGN〈次のプロジェクトのデザイン〉

フリーダのモザイクテーブルは素材の問題で少し保留にします。とのかわり今どうしてもやりたいのがこのモザイク画！

(My Frida mosaic table is going to be on hold due to material matters. Instead, I have this one mosaic piece I'm willing to do.)

日本人ならほとんど分かると思うけど、ジブリの魔女の宅急便に出てくるウルスラの絵です。自分の中でも結構な大きな作品としてやりたいなと考えています。やっぱり自分の中でも思い入れのある絵だし、映画の中で彼女のセリフがすごく好きだからです！スランプを感じているキキに放つウルスラの言葉がっ！そしてその英語の訳がまたイイ！ "We each need to find our own inspiration. Sometimes it's not easy." そんな特別な思いのあるものなのでしっかりやっていきます。モザイクの先生と元の素材と下処理の方法を相談したので、これからデザイン画取り掛かります♫

(This! Most Japanese will recognize this but this is Ursula's painting from Ghibli's Kiki's Delivery Service. I thinking of doing a big piece based on this design. It is one of my favorite painting and I love the phrase Ursula says, which was for Kiki when she was feeling down. "We each need to find our own inspiration. Sometimes it's not easy." This also means special for me so this is serious piece. I've already talked with my mosaic teacher about what I'm using for base so I'm getting tarted on designs now.)
