VISITING ARTISTS' HOUSE in CUPERTINO〈モザイク仲間のアートなお家🏡〉

ここ最近モザイクミーティングの仲間が本当によくしてくれて、今回その中の１人でイスラエル人の方が色々見せてくれるとのことでクパチーノにある自宅に招待してくれました♡嬉しい！今ほど家も高くなかった20年前に購入した一軒家は3階ての庭、ロータリー付きのかなりいい物件☆彡条件だけでも羨ましいのに中のデザインもかなり素敵にされててめっちゃ感動したので写真取らせてもらいました♫
(My mosaic meeting members have been super kind to me and one of the Israel lady was kind enough to invite me to her house today. So happy! House that was purchased 20 years ago, 3 stories building with huge backyard was awesome as it is, but her decoration and art was making it better!)
こっちが数ある応接間の１つ！入ってくる光と飾ってある絵が素敵すぎる！！！
(My favorite room! The lights and colors were just amazing.)
しかもなんとこの絵はすべて彼女が模写したもの！油絵もやっててかなりのレベル！こうゆう色合いは自分にはまだまだ遠いから本当に羨ましい。
(Believe it or not, these are all her oil paintings. These are the colors that I have no experience so it was very fresh to me.)
こちらももちろん彼女の作品。(These are all her works too.)
セラミックもやったことがあってちっちゃくてかわいいザクロが沢山！
(Pretty little pomegranates made with ceramics.)
その他にも沢山のものを飾っててすべて世界中を旅した時にみつけた工芸品、アンティーク、ジャンク品などなど。しょっちゅうイスラエルには帰ってるのでそのついでにローマ、イタリア、チェコ等々色々寄るんだって。めちゃ素敵♡
(She had so many things displayed neatly in her house. Many things are bought from all around the world. Since she travels a lot to Israel she makes stops at Rome, Italy, and Chez many times, Wow...)
こちら素敵なキッチン。天井高くて上にも窓があってかなり光がはいる素敵な空間。
(Her beautiful kitchen, High ceiling with windows and lots of lights.)
やっぱりあった！中東ならでは！本場！いいな！
(I knew it! Real stuff from the country!)
そしてガレージのアトリエへ。昔はご主人の車を止めてたんだけど今は完全にアトリエになったんだって。わかるわー。笑
(This is her workspace. It's her garage and her husband used to park here but not anymore. lol)
ガラスもかなり沢山。(Many stained galsses!)
スモールティとよばれるイタリアが本場の材料。伝統的な中世の教会とかに施されているモザイクはすべてこの材料で作るんだって。
(These are materials called "Smalti" mainly made in Italy. Many old medieval church pieces are made from these materials.)
そして数ある彼女の作品の１つ。なんか先入観かもしれないけどなんかやっぱ私達ではでてこないような中東イスラエルのフィーリングがある感じが素敵でした。定期的に材料も使わせて色々教えてくれるとのことだったのでまた遊びに行きます♫
(Her inspirational piece. I don't know why but I felt that the way she uses colors show her background as a Israel Lady. Somehow these had these Israel/Middle east feelings and vibes to it and I though that was just amazing!)
