CHEF SHIMIZU'S ROAST BEEF〈シェフ清水のローストビーフ〉

週末の甘やかしは毎度の事でして、今週は清水くんが低音調理器みたいなものを仕入れていたのでご自慢の５時間ゆっくり火を通してつくるローストビーフをいただきました☆
(Spoiler weekend as always and this week was 5 hour slow cooked roast beef by my husband Chef Shimizu!)
激うまなんです！！！お肉も柔らかくておいしーくなっていて、手作りのソースとめっちゃ合うの♡赤ワインとガーリックと醤油・みりんでコクがあって激うまでした♡
(Super good! The beef was soft and delicious as well as the sauce he made. Red wine, onion, garlic, soy sauce and etc. Amazingly good!)
一緒にサラダはStanford Shopping CenterにあったTender Greenは前から気になっててテイクアウトで頼んでみた！グリルされたツナも一緒で食べごたえ有りで良かったです☆
(Since we visited Stanford Shopping Center today, I finally made my first order at Tender Green. Grilled tuna salad.)
