I miss REAL SUSHI sooo much! Here are the conversation of me and the butcher at Safeway.
Me : "Excuse me, can any of these salmon be used to make sushi?"
Him : "Nahhh."
Ya, of course. I felt sorry for asking such stupid question. So I made this!
It's not even a real sushi but wanted to put something on my vinegar rice balls. It was pretty yummy so I guess it was ok:)
寿司が恋しすぎてローストビーフ握りを作ってみました！確かＦＢでＬｅｘｕｓプロモートのグランピングの動画でやってて、これならこっちの材料でもできる！と。念のため、Ｓａｆｅｗａｙに食料品買いに行って、サーモンくらいなら生いけるかな・・・？と思ってブッチャーに聞いたら、「ムリだお。」って普通に言われたので、肉のっけたりました！でもおいしかったから良し☆
