COOKING RICE with "DONABE" 〈土鍋でごはん〉

I bought the best reviewed Donabe (earthen pot) before leaving Japan, but was too lazy to use it. So I appointed my husband as "Minister of Donabe" and requested the rice to be served in one. hehe

Takes a little patience compare to the normal electric rice cooker, but when you first open the lid, everything seems to be ok!

Each rice are well cooked (like the pasta is Aldente) and so delicious! You can taste the rich texture of the rice when you cook with Donabe! Happy Thursday meal everybody!

日本で土鍋を買ったのに、めんどくさがって全然使っていなかったので相方を土鍋担当大臣に任命してご飯をたいてもらいました。笑

やっーーぱりおいしい！！！お米一粒一粒がたっていて歯ごたえをうま味が凝縮された感じ！今回は伊勢のアワビ煮で炊き込みご飯風にしたんだけど、味わい深くで幸せーな気分になりました！ご飯大好きだぁ。。。ちなみに一番売れていた「かまどさん」です。おススメです☆
