UNKNOWN POSSIBILITY OF PORK BACK RIB DON〈豚バラ丼の可能性について〉

I LOVE JAPAN TRIP part17 and FINAL!

Sound little stupid to finish up this series of blog with this title but... This must be recognized! hehe

At my last day of this trip, I felt like I had the best meal ever. And to be honest, I had this TWICE. (No kidding.) "Michikusa" restaurant is located along the main road which leads to Izumo Taisha and by anything, nothing is special about this restaurant. It is just cozy "one of those place where you go without any makeup" or "one of those place where you can chill or even fall asleep" kind of place. Is it not highly ranked in Taberogu (Japanese Yelp thing) and nobody is mentioning this "stamina pork back rib don" but hell it was so good! Maybe since it was almost end of my journey or super tired of walking all day, I don't know. But the sweet thick miso coated tender pork back rib was just what I needed. But then I got thinking to myself, these kind of simple and down to earth Japanese meal was the highlight of my trip. hehe

こんなアホなタイトルでこの旅シリーズを〆るのはどうかと思いますが。本当に美味しかったのです！出雲大社に向かうメインの通りにある”みちくさ”さんの豚バラ丼。食べログでも別に大してのってないし、それこそ近所にすっぴんで行っちゃうよ的な落ち着く店なんです。旅の最後で安心してたのか、一日中歩きまわって疲れていたのかわかりませんが、とにかくこの時の私には絶対的に必要だったのです！少し濃い目の甘辛味噌ダレに豚バラの甘い油としんなりキャベツ。ネギとごまのアクセントが聞いて、ご飯に合うのです〜〜〜☆

こんなシンプルだけど心から癒されるご飯で〆れてよかった☆　ごちそうさまでした！
