MOMMY'S MEAL IS THE BEST〈お母さんの料理が一番〉

YES, I has such great meals in Tokyo as I mentioned as "#TOKYO FOOD MARATHON", but I gotta say mom's meal is always the best. And I am not saying because of the love and all, but quality wise and nutrition wise and beauty wise, I think it is just... super high level.

She always uses small plates so that we can enjoy a lot of different little type of meal. It is not fancy or gorgeous, but well balanced in nutrition and very simple but very good. I think she can even produce her own book if she wants to. Seeing her work on food is so refreshing and inspiring, wishing that I can do the same but... hehe

I gotta learn much technique as possible while I'm here!

愛情とかそうゆうの抜きにしてお母さんの料理が一番レベルが高いと勝手に信じております。笑　いつも小皿が最近多く、色々な常備菜やおかずを少しづつたくさん出してくれるのですが、栄養や味、見た目をすべて踏まえてすごいなーと。生活に知恵の本とか出せるレベルなんじゃないのかな。。。？？できるだけここにいる間知恵をいただこうとは思っているのですが、、、なかなか。。。笑
