GREAT TAIWANESE HOME MADE FOOD〈めっちゃ美味しい台湾の家庭料理〉

Recently made a great Taiwanese friend and decided to do cooking exchange! First was her turn and got to experience these super yummy Taiwanese home made food!

First one with this cloud ear mushroom is called 涼拌黑木耳. Love the texture and the cilantro goes very good with it!

And this pork dish is 蔥爆沙茶肉絲. Loved the Taiwanese BBQ sauce. (With cow name but no cow in it.)

And this chicken and shiitake soup!

And my favorite shrimp and spring rain!

I am loving this session and we're doing again next week! yeeeyy!!!
