THE BEST DAMN CRAB CIOPPINO in SF!〈サンフランシスコ一美味いチョッピーノ〉

久しぶりのサンフランシスコ♫というのも、なんとあのHans Zimmerのライブのコンサートがあるということで、かなり前にチケットをとり久々に都会にやってきたのです♡７時開演ってことで、旦那が我々の行くべきディナーの場所を探してくれてチョッピーノの美味しいお店 "SOTTO MARE"に行きました！
(Long time no see SF! Thank to the great Hans Zimmer concert we're going, we had our chance to visit San Francisco today! And to have our perfect dinner before the perfect concert, my husband took me to "SOTTO MARE" to have the best damn crab cioppino!)
そもそもチョッピーノとは、サンフランシスコ発祥（しらなかった！）の海鮮シチューのようなもの。こちら！
(I didn't know that Cioppino was found in San Francisco! And it is like a seafood stew.)
う、旨すぎる。。。トマトベースのハーブのきいたスープの中に蟹、えび、ホタテ、あさり、イカがどっさり煮込んであって海の旨味が凝縮されているのです！ペンネも入っているので海鮮スープパスタ感覚！
(This cioppino was sooooo good! Tomato base soup with rich spices and seafood including crab, shrimp, clams and squid. Its like this deep soup of sea is inside this meal. Also with penne .)
そしてこのもう１品があさりのクリームパスタ！これもガーリック、白ワインとあさりの旨味＋濃厚なクリームでやみつきに。。。ちょいスパイシーなチョッピーノと交互にいくと永遠のループに入ります。
(And this great looking pasta is white sauce pasta w/clams. Garlic + clam flavor + white wine.... can't do no wrong. If you eat this with cioppino, you can eat forever.)
本当に美味しかった！かなりの人気店なので、平日か休日の早い時間がいいみたい！あとコンサートも最高でいい一日でした♡
(Seems like a really popular place so weekdays or early weekend seemed good to visit. Oh, and the concert was amazing too!)
