土曜日の友達集まっての食事会テーマは、「新橋居酒屋スタイル」ということで一日限りの割烹 "千恵子"をオープンさせていただきました♫じゃじゃーーーん😚💕
(Fun fun Saturday night! This weeks dinner party theme was "Shimbashi-Izakaya Style" so Japanese restaurant "CHIEKO" opened only for tonight! Bammmmm!!!)
メインの揚げ物は蓮根とアスパラガス！
(Main fry is lotus roots and asparagus!)
トマトはポン酢と砂糖につけてコクがある感じのサラダにしました🍅
(Tomato slept in Ponzu and sugar for 30 min and became really tasty!)
えのきと水菜の豚バラ巻き巻き🐷
(Enoki & Mizuna wrapped in pork belly.)
最近好きななすの田楽🍆
(Eggplant and miso yummmm!)
つくね照り焼き黄身付き🐣
(Grind chicken with teriyaki sauce and egg yolk.)
お気に入りのテーブルクロスで割烹感だせたかな！？
