[TOKYO FOOD MARATHON] "GYUSUKI KAMATAMA" by MARUGAME SEIMEN〈丸亀製麺の牛すき釜玉〉

It was all good while I was enjoying the most delicious food of all time as soon I arrived in Japan, but after 4 days of gorgeous meal you will miss the simple ones. My stomach was going "Ok, we need to pause... But do not want to compromise the quality of the taste!" Marugame Seimen (check out their awesome webpage as well!) where you can find almost anywhere in Japan is a great place to enjoy the simplicity of Udon noodle.

It is also in the webpage and they were promoting a series of "Gyusuki Kamatama" so I jumped right on to that. Not only the meal itself, I also love watching the people working on your own menu while you walk toward to the register.

And the tempuras! You can pick whatever you like and they are all soooo good!

And after you pay for your meal, you will see the amazing free green onion and crunchy fries to add to your udon.

As for my udon, the beef was cooked with sweet sukiyaki sauce and the noodle here is very aldente and so good! Since I prefer the udon to have Umami (tastiness) and Koshi (chewiness) this is the perfect meal for my 5th day. After you eat half, break the egg yolk and mix it up so it will change into a different rich taste.

日本についた瞬間から美味しいものばかりを求めて歩いていましたが、5日目にもなるとやっぱりお腹が疲れてくる。。。というので、大好きな丸亀製麺いってきました!どこにでもあるチェーン店なのにこのクオリティ!すごすぎる!CMでも牛すき釜玉宣伝していたのでもちろんそれを注文しました☆甘いすき焼きのタレは少し濃い目の味付けでツルツルのおうどんと「合うぅぅ。。!」って感じで美味しかった!2口くらい食べてから黄身をつぶしてまったりこってり系になるけど止まらないーです。結局天ぷらも選んだので、お腹にはそんなによくなかったかもだけど美味しかったから良しなのです♡
